SettleSmart is built as a lightweight, flexible, and impactful mentorship model:
Students and newcomers complete a brief form outlining their goals, challenges, and areas where they need support.
We match mentees with mentors based on career interests, academic background, industry goals, and personal challenges like confidence or communication.
Each mentor commits to 1β3 hours per month for career guidance, resume/LinkedIn feedback, interview practice, and life navigation in BC.
