A Movement Fueled by Compassion and Action
mpower Community Services Society began as a small group of passionate volunteers who wanted to make a difference in the lives of newcomers and families settling in British Columbia. What started with a few mentorship circles and language classes has now grown into a vibrant, multi-program organization connecting hundreds of people each year through education, empowerment, and community care.
Over the years, EmpCom has partnered with libraries, city departments, schools, and other non-profits to create programs that are inclusive, impactful, and community-led.
Our story is one of ordinary people coming together — teachers, students, parents, and professionals — to create extraordinary outcomes.
